Penny Bell was a mother of two young children, Matthew and Lauren, who was found murdered in her car in a Greenford leisure centre car park on 6th June 1991. She had been stabbed.

A gem of a women with a bubbling sense of humour. A friend, whose warmth and openness and acceptance will always be remembered. In the darkest moments Penny could switch on a light. In the craziest moments Penny spoke common sense. May years have past but your memory will live on in my heart.
